On Xbox One, you have to sign in occasionally. You DO need an Internet connectin to play games. On PS4 you NEVER have to sign in. That means you don't need an Internet connection, or an online subscription to play games. That was a huge selling point for them at the E3 expo. But it's 2013, who doesn't have an Internet connection? Who wouldn't want to connect their gaming console to the Internet in order to get all of it's features? " -- Gamer
