Customers in Saskatchewan will see the lowest natural gas rates in nine years. The provincial government approved a 12.6% rate decrease, which means the average residential customer will see their bill drop by about $6.75/month, or $81/year. SaskEnergy is lowering rates because of the recent drop in the world price of natural gas.
