Saskatchewan’s Unemployment Rate Remains Lowest in Canada
The latest numbers are in from Stats Canada and Saskatchewan's Unemployment rate of 5.3 per cent (seasonally adjusted) is once again the lowest in Canada, while Saskatoon and Regina have the lowest unemployment rates among Canadian cities for October.

Controlled Burns Planned for Swift Current Area Today
The Swift Current Fire Department will be conducting Training Exercises Today at the following locations: RM of Saskatchewan Landing; approximately 9 Miles North of Swift Current and 1 ½ Miles west of Highway 4 starting at 9:30am. Also this afternoon at 1:30, a controlled burn will occur within the RM of Swift Curremt:2 ½ Miles West of Swift Current and 3 ½ Miles North of Highway 1.
